The following comment is inspired by Matthew 26:36-46," Then cometh Jesus with them unto a place called Gethsemane, and said unto the disciples,Sit ye here, while I go and pray yonder. If darkness had a face, and a cape of mystery can be put on it's shoulders, Gethsemane where Jesus prayed, have always gave me that imagine. This Gethsemane is a place that Jesus often went to,as is state by many biblical commentaries. I wonder what Jesus life would have been like if he had not often visited there? There are and will be many time in our life that we will find ourselves in our very own Gethsemane. It can come in the form of a broken hearts and pain, feelings of hopelessness, the illusion of we are alone, the continuing of being reminded of past hurts and failures, people who may turn their backs on us,and many other events and moments that can become our Gethsemane. What Jesus have gotten and accomlish from his Gethsemane is priceless. He had a wonderful connection with God and recieved victory in many ways, As we too can have if we continue to struggle with the darkness and mysteries of our very own Gethsemane.
